LJ Finney joins the 19th Hole Conversation to discuss: How we embody pride and confidence in ourselves while still learning the game of golf.

We will use this session to dig into the game and how we use it as a tool for our self-awareness & self-discovery journey. As women, it can be to easy question ourselves professionally and personally. Often, the negative thoughts we have on the golf course are the same thoughts we bring into the office. We will touch on how we step outside of the narrative we tell ourselves, to give ourselves the grace and the space to network through golf with confidence.

LJ Finney has over 20 years of experience working in Technology on Wall Street. LJ held leadership positions at Apollo(Director), Goldman Sachs (VP), and Barclays (AVP) before starting a certified Minority-owned business that focuses on growth consulting and professional development for other XBEs. Her passion for leveraging golf for business development, operations, and personal growth led her to entrepreneurship. LJ is a certified Project Management Professional (PMI PMP) and certified Executive, Career and Life Coach (ICF ACC) and the past President of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association - NYC Chapter.
