Kristina Gregory joins us to discuss her professional journey with golf. She starting golfing at the age of 40 (we love to hear it!) because she did not want to miss out on the many professional events that are centered around golf.
We will discuss toxic work culture, the confidence she had to bet on herself and take a job that she knew she was over-qualified for but believed she would rise to top, and nuances of playing golf as a female professional (think: female locker rooms, tipping etc.). Gregory also has a unique perspective as she has also been responsible for PGA TOUR and PGA of America golf sponsorships at her current company.
Gregory is the Vice President or Marketing and Strategy for Constellation, a Fortune 500 company. Kristina has been at Constellation for 12 years and has held a variety of roles in the marketing organization.
